Flexibility in the training requirements allows for the training time to be:
Extended through part-time training or leave (including Parental Leave)
Enhanced through elective terms and Advanced Rural Skills training
Shortened through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
All changes must be approved by your Training Advisor well in advance. To ensure you meet these training requirements, GP Registrars must have at least two Training Advisor meetings per year during which your training objectives can be discussed.
